"My husband and I purchased our very first home with Dream Finders Homes. Our real estate agents actually suggested Dream Finders Homes at Northern Oaks as the first place to look. "We purchased a home from Dream Finders in August of this year. My wife and I spent several months searching the Jacksonville market for a home without any luck. We pre-viewed numerous homes in the area that did not meet our expectations in regards to a new home. We heard about the Pine Ridge community and happened to enter the Dream Finders Homes model. We liked the development with the all the amenities offered, along with the positioning of the local schools. While visiting the model with the new home agent explained several upgraded features in the home that met our expectations."

"When we started talking about finding a new home, we thought we were about a year away from doing anything. We started looking at communities all around Orlando. After a few weeks of looking, one Saturday we found ourselves in Laureate Park. It reminded us of our neighborhood Baldwin Park. We looked at a few of the model homes. The next weekend we went back to Laureate Park and finished looking at the models. We saved the best for last and went into the Dream Finders Talbot model and met Melissa Schemmel. The biggest purchase of our lives was with Dream Finders Homes and we’re sure our children’s biggest purchase of their lives will be with Dream Finders Homes as well. When we found Dream Finders Homes, we were currently under contract with another home builder. We found that once we chose the home and began to add in our desired custom features, we noticed the quality of the upgrades were not worth the additional costs.

I wanted to send an email regarding our choice to have Dream Finders build our home. We were very pleased with the building process and their guarantee to have our home built in 90 days. The Dream Finders team worked with us throughout our building process and they understood that this was the first time we had built a home. We were very pleased with the choices of plans that were offered and the packages that were included or could be added with each plan. They used high quality building materials and kept our lot clean during building.

There were so many reasons why we finally settled with Dream Finders Homes, but the two main reasons are:

1) The new home sales associate was an enormous factor. He readily provided answers to our questions and was honest in his feedback to help us meet our needs. At no point did we feel that we were unnecessarily pressured to make a decision. He clearly understood what exactly we wanted in a home.He provided timely and accurate updates about the status of the house once we went into contract all the way through to when we received the keys at closing. He provided videos and pictures, which made us feel like we were part of the decision making process. The construction manager was also very professional and pragmatic. He helped us manage our expectations and was always available at any time to answer questions. He also went above and beyond to assure the home was 110% complete at closing.

2) We love modern contemporary and minimalistic homes and designs. The beautifully laid out floor plans as well as the already included features, options and upgrades led us to our final decision to build with Dream Finders Homes.

The ease of working with JET HomeLoans, the preferred lender, the location of the subdivision and the fact that the price of the house was within our budget made it easy for us to settle with Dream Finders Homes.
