Veteran's Appreciation Program
The Dream Finders Homes Active Adult Veteran’s Appreciation Program is our way of honoring those who have served. This program is available to any veteran who is currently serving or has been honorably discharged from the United States Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Space Force. To qualify, the veteran must be the contract purchaser of a Dream Finders Homes property in the Active Adult Division and provide proof of service with a Military ID or DD214.
Eligible veterans will receive a $2,000 credit toward the purchase price of their home. Only one credit per sale is allowed, even if multiple eligible buyers are involved. This program is effective for sales contracts dated on or after April 1, 2023, and is our way of expressing gratitude for your service while helping you find your dream home.
