Mayor Lenny Curry Cuts Ribbon at Corporate Headquarters

Dream Finders Homes is Northeast Florida’s largest private homebuilder, and the second largest overall in the region. Previously headquartered in Orange Park, Dream Finders recently moved to a Philips Highway location upon construction of a 45,000 square foot, three-story structure. The new headquarters is located just north of St Johns County. It is in close proximity to Nocatee Parkway, Race Track Road, Interstate 95 and the completion of Florida 9B, providing easy access to home buyers and employees. Patrick Zalupski, CEO and founder of Dream Finders Homes, says, “We are proud to call Duval County our new home for the Dream Finders Homes Corporate Office. Not only do we have a brand new 45,000 square foot office space, complete with contemporary work spaces, including ergonomic chairs and sit/stand desks, but we are in the heart of growth near Northern St. Johns county. This is a huge quality of life enhancement for our hard-working employees and will provide a wonderful customer experience with our new 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art design center, where the majority of our customers will make their custom design selections. This is an exciting day to be a part of the Dream Finders family!” Dream Finders employs approximately 150 people in this building. On Tuesday, July 17, 2018 Mayor Lenny Curry joined local city officials and key players in the construction and development industry in Northeast Florida for the official VIP Grand Opening and ribbon cutting of the new building. The building features a one stop shop for Dream Finders customers including a 6,000 square foot design center and office for Golden Dog Title and Trust on the first floor. “Everyone that has had the opportunity to walk through the studio doors has been blown away by the grandeur and beauty of the space, and we are so excited to provide a unique home-buying experience to all of our buyers.” Says Courtney Bauer, Design Center Manager. As of mid-June 2018, Dream Finders sold ownership of its headquarters building to Capital Square, a Virginia-based real estate and investment company, for $13.75 million and entered into a 15-year lease. Batey McGraw, Vice President of Land, says “a majority of the sale money will go towards new land acquisition.” Dream Finders currently also builds homes in Orlando, Hilton Head, Savannah, Maryland, Northern Virginia, Colorado, and has plans to continue expansion into new markets in the near future.
