Step up stairs leading you to the secondary bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the laundry room and storage closet. The Clarendon offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 1-car garage, and 2,536 square feet of living space. These townhome style condo options are great for low maintenance living or for those looking to spend time enjoying an active lifestyle! The Addison The Addison is a very flexible floor plan with tons of options to create your ideal townhome. It has a spacious, open layout within its three stories with the option for a fourth floor.
