Curb appeal is taken care of, as our Dream Series homes include engineered vertical siding with a minimum 30-year limited warranty, vinyl shutters, Sherwin Williams acrylic latex exterior paint, insulated garage doors, a fiberglass six-panel front door, and a professional landscape package to name just a few features.
Energy efficiency has also been considered, with every Dream Series home featuring low–E energy efficient advanced performance tilt windows, R-13 insulation in 2x4 exterior walls and blown R-30 insulation in the attic, and an energy-efficient water heater. Up to 16-SEER HVAC with a variable speed unit and a programmable thermostat will help keep heating and cooling costs down, too. Each HVAC location is designed for optimal efficiency and energy cost savings!
The interior of every Dream Series home includes features and finishes such as raised two-panel interior doors, a ceiling fan pre-wire in the family room and the master bedroom, knock-down ceiling texture, orange peel texture on the walls, flat finish paint for the walls and semi-gloss for the trim, and satin nickel door hardware. Homes may also include a first-floor master bedroom, large walk-in closets, a decorator light package, high-speed wiring for phone and cable, and ventilated closet and pantry shelving.
Dream Series kitchens feature 30” maple upper cabinets, designer laminate kitchen countertops, and a stainless steel appliance package that includes a smooth-top range, dishwasher, and decorative hood.
Structurally speaking, every Dream Series home is engineered and built to meet current building code for hurricane/wind load requirements, all slabs and footers are poured with 3,000 PSI concrete with fiber mesh, and a tetraGRIP® subfloor fastener system is standard in all 2-story and bonus room plans.
For peace of mind, in addition to multiple warranties, Dream Series homes have GFI-protected outlets in wet areas, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensors, and a one-year renewable termite bond.
